I'm a qualified early years teacher and a self-published children's book author, based in the sunny state of Queensland, Australia. Since 2016, I have worked in a variety of roles within the early childhood sector, ranging from an educator in childcare to a Year 1 classroom teacher, including experience in rural settings.

I’m excited to share with you the teaching resources I have created and to dedicate energy to getting my children's book out into the world! Who doesn't love using a good book in a lesson, or just in general really? Inspired by Eric Carle's The Very Hungry Caterpillar and Judy Cox's Sheep Won't Sleep for teaching days of the week, skip counting and so much more, I thought why not bring my own knowledge to the table and write my own educational books. I hope you enjoy Polly's Adventures as much as I do.​​​
